Resepi Jeruk Jambu Air | Assalamualaikum, hai korang semua maaf entri ini lama dah tersimpan dalam draf ekin baru berkesempatan nak share dekat blog benda dah basi  ni hihihihihi.... selalu kita makan jambu air cicah dengan cuka,garam,belacan letak cili padi sikit perghhhh sedap sangat kan... lagi kalau ada colek kicap tu cicah dengan jambu air lagi best kan... itu cara mudah dah senang kan. pernah dengan dan makan jeruk jambu air tak ekin first time cuba buat jeruk jambu air... puas duk makan style jenis cicah ni.. apa lagi ekin try google ada orang buat mudah sangat caranya..

Jom kita usha resepi Jeruk Jambu Air dekat bawah ini.. buat sekali teringin lagi nak berkali-kali ibu mentua ekin dan suami suka sangat makan... masa tu pokok jambu berbuah lebat tak macam selalu... loni berbuah lagi dah tak teringin nak makan hahahahaha tengok saja... 



Resepi Jeruk Jambu Air 

Oleh : Cik Ash 


Bahan-Bahan 

Jambu Air 
Gula
Air


Cara Membuatnya:-

1. Basuh jambu hingga bersih.
2. Kemudian rebus jambu air itu hingga masak. ( untuk jambu rapuh dimakan)
3. Bila dah masak jambu tu tapis air dengan penapis santan. 
4. Gaulkan jambu dengan gula sampai sebati ya.
5. Bila dah sebati sejukkan seketika dan boleh dimasukkan dalam peti ais..
6. Makan jeruk jambu air ketika sejuk sangat sedap.. 


Ok itu la saja resepi yang Ekin nak share dengan korang semua, selamat mencuba resepi ini hihihihihihi. Kalau nak tengok koleksi masakan yang Cik Ash masak korang boleh usha dekat DapurCikAsh ya.
