Hai... hari ke 4 ekin menglengkapkan cabaran20hari iaitu Menu Wajib Bulan Puasa ekin buat  sepanjang bulan Ramadan ni... Jom baca kat bawah ni. 
                                                           
Dah Hari ke 13 Ramadan kita berpuasa kan... Ada banyak makanan khas bulan ramadhan dan minuman khas bulan ramadhan yang akan membuat puasa ekin semakin menyenangkan, kerana pada saat sahur dan berbuka puasa ekin di sambut dengan makanan dan minuman ramadhan yang istimewa dan special.  Menu Wajib Bulan Puasa yang harus ekin dan orang makan ialah seperti di bawah

* Kurma


Menu Wajib Bulan Puasa yang pertama harus kita makan ialah Buah Kurma yang betadsal dari gajah Timur tengah. Buah Kurma ini mempunyai kepada kita taw dia dapat mengatasi 
masalah anemia, menjaga gigi dan memberi tulang kita sihat, tak lupa buah Kurma juga dapat mencegah stroke, mencegah jantung, menjaga kesihatan mata, melancarkan buang sir. Buah Kurma mempunyai kandungan anti oksidan sangat tinggi.


* Onde- Onde ataupun Buah Melaka 





Menu Wajib Bulan Puasa yang Kedua ekin selalu buat iaitu onde-onde ni.. onde-onde ini adalah kuih kesukaan suami ekin.. tu yang wajib ada dalam menu yang selalu ekin buat.. kuih paling mudah nak buat sesiapa saja boleh buat kuih ni.. bahan-bahan untuk buat onde-onde pun senang dan mudah kan..


* Nasi

Menu wajib bulan puasa yang ketiga pulak semestinya nasi kan... tak ada nasi tak lengkap menu untuk berbuka dan bersahur kita.. nasi panas di makan dengan lauk pauk yang panas sangat menyelerakan dan mengenyangkan perut ya.. hihihi
